This year, pop superstar Taylor Swift has captivated the country with her iconic Eras Tour, which has sold out every show on the stop, filling the largest NFL venues across the country. But it sounds like the pop star will not be performing on the NFL’s biggest stage, even though she was invited.

According to the Twitter account Pop Base, the radio show HITS Daily Double has reported that Taylor Swift has declined an invitation to perform the halftime show at the upcoming Super Bowl LVIII which will be played in Allegant Stadium – the home of the Raiders in Las Vegas.

“Taylor Swift has declined the 2024 Super Bowl halftime show, HITS Daily Double reports,” Pop Base said in a tweet.

Obviously, Swift is one of the biggest and most iconic acts on the planet right now so it makes sense that the Super Bowl would want to invite her to play the halftime show. But it also makes sense that Swift would not want to participate as she has quite a busy schedule over the next year.

Not only will Swift be taking her Eras Tour internationally next year, but she is also working on multiple musical projects as she wraps up her re-recordings of her previous albums.
