Anger Management: Do you know someone who might benefit from learning to control his or her anger? The Mental Health Association of Onondaga County, Inc. is offering a 6-week anger management program. The program, Acknowledging, Accepting and Alleviating Anger, will be held on evenings throughout the year. Children 1st! is a 6-hour course for parents who have separated or divorced; held in the Syracuse area. Community Companions: MHA's friendship matching/support program for adults who deal with mental health issues has a need for volunteers that want to make a new friend, and spend 4 hours a month enjoying a variety of shared interests; Very flexible.
